The other morning when Hudson and I were outside, he spotted this little creature hanging out on the toy bin. This was the absolute biggest grasshopper I have ever seen. It was probably at least 3 inches long!
Hudson thought it was pretty cool, but this was the closest he would get to it. I tried to move the bin with the intentions of putting the grasshopper over the wall, but I chickened out and put it back down. I guess he decided he didn't like being jumbled around, so he jumped over to the wall on our house (which made us jump too!). We watched him walk up the wall for a bit, and then it flew over to the wall of our neighbor's two story house. Hudson was pretty excited about the big grasshopper, it made our morning more exciting!
