Fathers and Sons

Last weekend was the Fathers and Sons camp-out for our ward. I was kind of surprised when Abe said he was going to take Hudson (cuz he's so young), but I thought- what the heck! If he wants to do it, then I get a night to myself! :) I was a little worried that Hudson was going to be a stinker, but since they were camping in the desert only about a half-hour away, I figured they could come home in the middle of the night if they needed to. But they didn't- they stayed the whole time and had a blast! Abe brought a little two-man tent for them to sleep in. He said Hudson was acting tired when it was time to go to bed, but when they went to lay down he kept jumping on Abe's chest and poking him in the eye saying "eye...eye." I don't think Abe slept all that great, but they had a good time.

I got to go over to my friend Alyse's house and get my hair done and have girl talk. Then I got to sleep in the next morning and get some things done around the house in peace and quiet.... it was a nice time for everyone!! :)
