Easter festivities- part 1

The week before Easter we went to my dad's house to celebrate.

Grandma and Grandpa always have a basket for each kid to find when they get there!

Hudson was getting the hang of it this year...although it was definately good that they were hard boiled!

The egg roll!!!

I love this new tradition that Grandma Mary started. It was something we never did as a kid, but these kids LOVE it! After the eggs that we dyed are done drying, we take them out and have races down the driveway.

By the end it usually just turns into an egg throw!!

Time for the egg hunt!! There were definately plenty of eggs and candy to go around.

Mary's parents, Dale and Diane, were able to be in town, too. We enjoyed spending time with them. And the picture on the bottom is what the dad's were busy doing while some of the festivities were happening :)

Chocolate bunnies!!! It's a ton of chocolate, but they sure had fun eating them!
