Splish Splashin'

A little over a week ago me and some of my friends met up at the Tempe Splash Park with all of our boys. They had so much fun running around and trying to drink the water (gross), and us mommies actually had a chance to chat a bit in between chasing after our little guys.

Here's Tate, Porter, and Hudson trying to figure out who this water "belongs" to.

But I guess he got tired, and needed a little time out. I'm still not sure why, but he just went over and sat down by himself. I thought for sure he was doing you know what, but he wasn't :)

And soon he was back to his normal little self, chasing birds around the park saying "bak, bak, bak".... I kept trying to tell him that birds say "tweet tweet" but in his own little mind I guess that's not what they say.

Hudson also had fun jumping off the stairs. It cracks me up how even a tiny step seems so huge to them. Here he is with the wind up.....

And he's off!

These are 5 of the 6 boys that were there. Cooper got tired before snack time arrived, which was the only time we could get all the boys close enough to be in one picture. It is amazing what food does for boys :)

After the splash park, Gina and I took our 2 boys to Peter Piper for some pizza (everyone else was "weely ty-owd" as Jameson put it). Hudson had fun "driving" this car until he looked behind him and got a little freaked out.

They were both so tired after the long day, but they still managed to stay awake for a good portion of the ride home. Hudson was the first to crash, and then Porter finally fell asleep a few minutes away from his house.

Good times had by all.
