Abe's parents took us down to a place on the coast called Depoe Bay for one of the nights that we were in Oregon. We stayed in a really pretty place (they do the timeshare thing)-so we had a 2 bedroom condo! In the morning we got up to go and see some tide pools while it was low tide. We got to see some really pretty star fish and anenome-looking things. There were also some seals, but they were kind of far away. Everything was really cool and we enjoyed our time on the beach.
We went to a restaurant called "Tidal Rave" that was right on this cliff over the water. It was sooo beautiful to eat dinner by the water.

They had an indoor pool, so Hudson had some mini swim lessons with Grandma.
His favorite part was being thrown in the air by his daddy!

Abe and Hudson were watching the seals which were way far out on the rocks.
We went to a different tide pool area later, and Abe found this rock crab. Classic pose :)
If you can believe it, I still have more pics to come of our adventures in Oregon.....

Hudson is soo cute. I love the picture with the window behind him. It looks like he wasn't too sure about swimming lessons. :)
I love Oregon! That is probably the only other state I would be willing to move to.
