For the past week or so we have been painting our house- the family room, living room, kitchen, and hallway. What a chore! We are pretty much done and it's looking good, so I guess it is worth it. When we first moved into our house I really wanted to just pay someone to do it, but we saved a couple hundred bucks doing it ourselves. It's a little hard to paint with Hudson around, but my friend Gina watched him for a few hours one day so we could at least get the family room painted where he plays (thanks Gina!). Other than that we've just had to spend a few LATE nights painting while he has been asleep. Here he is, though, in the morning helping us take off the tape :)

Hey guys! We were excited to see you started your blog! I found you on Drew & Tarah's site. I need to come over to your house...for the first time! So sad I still haven't been over! I'm horrible! The paint looks great and I'm sure you are so happy it's over!
Can't wait to see your new paint. It is always nice when someone can watch your kids when you are completing a project.
When I do a google image search for my name your blog comes up al over. I know I told you before, but it is funny. Shawndel Graves brings up tons of pictures of Hudson. So does Shawndel Mudd. I love it!!!
And I had not read this blog yet, so that was fun.
